MCAC Elite Team Announced for Spring 2025
The Minnesota College Athletic Conference (MCAC) announced its Spring 2025 MCAC Elite Team today.
The award recognizes student-athletes who combined outstanding academic and athletic performance through the Spring 2025 season.
Honorees must have earned MCAC All-Academic honors as well as All-Division, All-Conference, All-Region, and/or All-American honors in baseball, men's basketball, women's basketball, golf, softball, or wrestling.
The full list of 130 student-athletes who earned this prestigious award are list here, with 24 students coming from a Minnesota North College campus.
Spring 2025 MCAC All-Academic Award Recipients Recognized
The Minnesota College Athletic Conference has named 474 student-athletes to the 2025 Spring MCAC All-Academic Team. Recognized individuals combined athletic and academic accomplishments while competing at a member MCAC institution during the 2025 Spring semester. This conference honor exemplifies the commitment of the member institutions, administration, coaches, and student-athletes to provide and engage in a balanced educational experience which is integral to the philosophy of the Minnesota College Athletic Conference and the NJCAA Division III philosophy.
The honored student-athletes listed all met sport-specific athletic requirements and possess a cumulative grade point average at or above the standards as established by the members of the Minnesota College Athletic Conference. The MCAC All-Academic Team is comprised of athletes who participated in the spring sports of baseball, men's basketball, women's basketball, golf, softball, and wrestling.
The 2025 Spring MCAC All-Academic Team is represented by student-athletes from 17 countries, 27 states, and Puerto Rico.
The MCAC All-Academic honorees are announced twice annually, following the completion of both the fall and spring academic semesters.
